This site is designed as an aid to learning concepts in Operations Management.
The observatory provides video clips and image files of people at work.
You can study their methods, time their operations, and devise ways to
improve their processes. The experiment stations contain simulations you
can use on-line to learn about concepts in OM. The software tool chest
contains computer programs and spreadsheet templates for common OM problems.
